Frequently asked questions
How does the free first year work?
You can publish your listings immediately at no cost. After 12 months from your first listing date, the standard rate of €50 per listing per market per year applies. No credit card is required to get started — we'll notify you before your free period ends.
What counts as one listing?
A listing is one home type, in one market (country), in one category. If you offer the same home as both a primary residence and a recreation home, those are two separate listings. If you publish in the Netherlands and Belgium, that is also two listings — even if the home type is identical.
Is agent coupling included in the listing price?
Yes. Coupling your listing to an agent in a specific market is included at no extra cost. If no agent is available in your market, your listing is published under your provider name directly.
Who can activate featured placement?
Featured placement is an add-on that highlights a listing above standard listings. It's coming in a later release. When it launches, only the provider can activate it — also when an agent is linked — at €70 per listing per month (excl. VAT).
Can I cancel or remove a listing at any time?
Yes. You can deactivate or remove a listing at any time from your provider dashboard. Paid listings are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you won't be charged for the next year.
